Sail eshwari Temple is located in Siliguri in Doti district of Nepal. It is one of the few tourist destinations and religious places in the Far West. Goddess Shaileswari is another form among many others and people have great faith in her, as with other forms of Bhagwati/Durga, the goddess is believed to fulfill their destiny. Bus service is regular from Dhangadhi, Kailali to Dadeldhura and then to Silgarhi, Doti in the hills. Siliguri can also be connected to Dipayal, the headquarters of the Far West Development Zone, by flight. Residents of Siliguri worship Shaileshwari Devi before starting any work. The temple complex houses Shivalinga, Chaturbhuja Narayan, Ganesha, Bhairava and Masta deities. Shaileswari was one of seven sisters and one brother. Masta Maharaj is Shaileshwari Devi and a temple dedicated to her is also located near Shaileshwari tourist area.
