Malikarjuna Temple has idols of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. According to the Nepali calendar, every year in the months of Ashadha and Kattik, this temple is crowded with devotees. The Gaura festival is also celebrated in this temple, which has the predominance of Darchula.The temple is also famous for long walks that end at this temple. It is very famous in Darchula district!!
