Ugratara Temple is a famous religious and tourist temple in Far Western Province. This temple is located in Amargadhi Municipality-7, about four kilometers west of Dadeldhura. This temple is considered to be one of the nine Bhagwati temples in the far west of Nepal. It is built in pagoda style.It is a religiously important temple in Hinduism and is also rich in its art and architecture. The idol of Goddess Parvati is the main idol of the temple. No authentic inscriptions have yet been found about the origin of the temple. However, the origin story of Ugratara Bhagwati temple is interesting. However, there is no authentic inscription about the origin of the temple.
